Okay, every single photo made me hungrier – but what really got me? The prawn crackers! I miss prawn crackers so much. I wish the US would get on that train, and fast. It looks like you had a fabulous time, at least gastronomically! (Is that a word? Let's just agree it is..)
The food the glimpses of the scenes (boat cafe and tables strewn on street) seems so incredible. Delish looking food you had. We love Vietnamese cuisine it's so unique and I am happy you got to taste it for us:).
