Bread 101 is a series to power through my handicap with yeast. While you’ll see a bread or two from my oven really soon, I have a few of my friends coming in and sharing their experiences on how they took up this challenge; of befriending yeast. Yeast, you see, is a hard fellow to tame.
This series is a combination of some remarkable bloggers sharing their tips and tricks, taking you step-by-step for simple everyday breads. This is my journey of breadcraft, and I invite you to join me in it.

Just discovered this blog today from Deepa’s interview on BlogAdda (she of Passionate About Baking) . I still have to explore, just wanted to thank you for doing a starter course on bread. Been having a bit of trouble making bread whenever I’ve tried my hand at it. Very happy to see the burger bun recipe, especially. Thanks for sharing! =)
Hi, I just signed up to receive your posts my email and am looking forward to exploring your blog. I found you through Creative Culinary and The Cake Duchess and think I’ll try to join your monthly baking with bundts and muffin Mondays now and then. What beautiful photos you take! Holly
