Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Cookie

Ingredients
  • 170 grams (6 oz) cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325 F and line your cookie tray with parchment paper
  2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese and sugars until light and fluffy. Add the Vanilla.
  4. Gently add in the dry ingredients and beat until well combined.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips.

  7. Bake 12-15 minutes or until edges are looking light golden brown.
  8. Cool for 5 minutes on cookie sheets and then transfer to to wire racks to cool completely.
