If you try this recipe, you’ll understand why it took me so long to share it with you. As you can see we finished half the tub before I got around to taking pictures. I managed a couple of shots, before we polished off the remainder. It’s rich and creamy with vibrant mango swirls laced in between.

We are just getting the last mangoes from our tree this week. We make mango sorbetto and sometimes gelato. Now I’ve got to try this gorgeous mango ripple ice cream…fantastic!
no, you didn’t. you took my 2 favorites — ice cream and mango — and combined them into 1. yum.

Lovely way of adding mango into the ice-cream, instead of mixing all together, the swirl was a wonderful style.
You’ve showed good restraint. Only have a tub before pictures? I’d have been taking pictures of my second batch! hehe
